This PR adds the complete events workflow: the map now fetches events from the API on load, caches them locally, and falls back to the cache when offline. Only future events are shown as map markers, with a label displaying the total count.Users can pick or take a photo, which is uploaded to ImgBB using the existing imageApi, and its URL is included in the new event.
